How Do I View My Rental Account On Your Website? – FAQs

This week we’re answering another frequently asked question. How do I check my account online?

The first step is to head to our website at www.paigesmusic.com.

Next, click on the "Sign In" link located on the far right of the gray menu bar at the top of the page.

The page will refresh to show the Sign In box. If you already have a rental instrument, you should use the "Returning Customers" box to sign in.

Type in your Username and Password and click the green Sign In button.

Note: If you have a rental instrument from us already, please use the username and password that we automatically generated for you. We provided those credentials to you in a letter just after you recieved your instrument. If you have discarded or misplaced that information, please call us at 1-800-382-1099 and we’ll help you get signed in.

After you have successfully signed in the screen will show a welcome message at the top of the screen.

Click on "My Account" located in the gray navigation bar near the top of the page. Then choose "View Rental Accounts".

A list of all of the rental contracts associated with your account will appear on screen.

Click on "View Contract" on the right of the contract you would like to view.

This will bring you to the Rental Account Information page. Here you’ll be able to see your beginning balance, your monthly payment amount, the original number of payments, and the total payments made.

This screen shows a basic summary of your account. Should you have any questions, please contact our accounting office via email or by phone at 1-800-382-1099.

How Much Does It Cost To Repair An Instrument? – FAQs

Like most things that need a repair, it’s hard to give an estimate without seeing the instrument. Our retail staff explains exactly how to get your instrument to us in the video below.

Call (1-800-382-1099) or email us to start the process of sending in your instrument. Do you need an instrument while yours is in for repair? Our staff will check with you to see if you need a loaner instrument and get that scheduled for delivery to your student’s school.  TIP: You’ll need to keep your mouthpiece, bow, reeds, and cleaning items with you so that you’ll have them to use with the loaner until your instrument is returned to you.

We visit most schools each week, so there’s no need for you to come to us. We bring the store to you! Check to see when we deliver to your school on our website.

What Items Are Included In A Starter Pack? – FAQs

We often get asked what items are included with our starter pack. Our retail staff gives an overview of this very topic in the video below:

A Starter Pack at Paige’s is what you purchase to get started renting an instrument on our Debut Rental Program. It has everything you need to get started making music at school. Here’s what it includes:

  • Use of instrument for a period of one month (initial period)
  • Care Kit – items you need to take care of your instrument
  • Beginning Music Book
  • Debut Warranty – covers repair and replacement during initial period
  • Instrument Name Tag
  • Music Stand for home practice (NOTE: If you already have a music stand for home practice, you may substitute a metronome/tuner.)

Did you catch the first item on the list? Yes, you do in fact get the use of an instrument for a month with the purchase of a starter pack. Your monthly rental payments don’t kick in until that first month is over.

$39.95 is all you need to get started. Reserve your instrument online, or simply come to the store!

How Much Is Your Instrument Insurance – FAQs

Take a look while our retail staff explain just how much our instrument “insurance” costs you while renting an instrument.

While what we offer isn’t technically “insurance”, it does help you remain worry-free when your student takes their instrument back and forth to school.  We call it repair and replacement coverage and it includes the following:

  • All repairs while you’re renting your instrument
  • A loaner instrument while yours is getting serviced
  • Accidental damage
  • And loss due to fire or theft

This is all part of our Debut Rental Program which is perfect for the beginning student, and our Premier Rental program for advancing students. As always, please contact us if you have any questions about your rental instrument!
